The quest for coffee takes him to hidden temples, and of course, one of the most controversial historical sites, Gunung padang. To wrap off his Indonesian adventure, Jonathan pesters the Jakarta Fire department team to let him join their tactical training, and boy do they put him to the test! A real trial by fire, literally!

The Indonesian exploration in the island of Java continues; Jonathan learns that there is a concerted effort to move the capital of Jakarta to Borneo, in the nascent region of Nusantara. Is this a viable move and what do the locals think of this gargantuan effort? Jonathan hits the street to find out, meeting photographers, architects, cafe owners, to get their thoughts. During his journey, Jonathan chances upon a mystical Buddhist temple and this sets him on a new theme of exploration, the use of water in faith.
